General objective of the partnership between Colitas con Canas and 3Love Inc.
Colitas Con Canas and 3LOVE have united to tackle the pressing issue of stray dog overpopulation in Urubamba, Cusco, Peru, and to address related public health concerns in the region.
Together, our main goal is to implement a sustainable approach to reducing stray dog populations through sterilization and educational initiatives that empower the community and encourage lasting impact.
Specific objectives of the partnership between Colitas con Canas and 3Love Inc.

Enhance the quality of life for the 30 dogs currently residing in our shelter and improve conditions for our dedicated volunteers by establishing upgraded infrastructure.

Execute six sterilization campaigns for stray dogs over the course of one year.

Organize four educational campaigns throughout the year to promote responsible pet care, sterilization, and ethical breeding practices within the community.
Colitas Con Canas And Clinica Veterinaria Valle Sagrado
We are proud to have an official partnership with Clinica Veterinaria Valle Sagrado, a reputable veterinary clinic in Urubamba dedicated to supporting the community.
Clinica Veterinaria Valle Sagrado: description
This clinic is well-regarded for its compassionate care and commitment to helping others.
They custom order dog food for us at cost and offer all necessary treatments for Colitas Con Canas dogs at a reduced rate.
General objective of the partnership between Colitas con Canas and Clinica Veterinaria Valle Sagrado
They are thrilled to welcome a vet or vet nurse to assist in their work. They can communicate in basic English.
Through our partnership, licensed vets and vet nurses volunteering with Colitas Con Canas have the opportunity to:

Support affordable spay and neuter campaigns for the local community.

Assist with surgeries at the clinic.

Administer medications and vaccinations to clinic patients.
